The apartment is around 12 minutes on foot from Fokionos Negri and around 9 minutes from Victoria metro, making the centre easy to explore without giving up the feeling of living in a real neighbourhood.

A large farmers’ market takes place nearby every Wednesday, with fresh fruit and vegetables just a minute away.

Kypseli Living started from something very simple: I wanted to create the kind of place I would personally enjoy staying in.

I love giving forgotten furniture a second life, combining old pieces with modern comforts and creating spaces that feel warm, personal and easy to live in.

These apartments aren’t part of a hotel or a large rental company. They are homes I have created and cared for personally, with attention to the small details that make a stay comfortable.

My aim is simple: to offer you a beautiful, well-kept home in Athens and an experience that feels easy, welcoming and genuinely cared for.
